Ngl. If ur 3/4 is very nice and ur front is utter shit. It means U need to lean down more. Cuz 3/4 unveils earlier how good ur bone structure actually is. Frontal leanness comes at below 12bf. 3/4 leanness might even be reached around 16 to 18bf. Which is very high.
