Not impossible, improbable.

Some people may have the morphological pre-requisites and only need to change their coloring.
Some can get surgery to change their morphology in such a manner that they can actually do it.

Many can not do it though, or only experience marginal gains.
And usually, you can not phenomax out of your skull type.
The only way that could give you a chance to looksmax out of your skull type is if you have a hybrid skull type and could possibly lean to one or the other using surgery.
