Yes!
I was very skinny, had a very low percentage of body fat and even though I ate healthy, took supplements, exercised, etc. I always got all sorts of minor, annoying health problems - frequent colds, allergies, digestive problems, stomach aches, migraines, teeth cavities(even though I didn't eat sugar, sweets, I cleaned my teeth, etc.).
One day I said fuck it, my life wasn't going in the direction I wanted, I was getting rejected by girls again and again, so I chose to just rot at home, spent all day playing video games, watching movies, I started to drink alcohol daily and eat junk food(hamburgers, fries, pizza, hot-dogs, etc.), I gained around 10kg in three months, but miraculously all my health problems disappeared - no more colds, no more migraines, no more teeth problems(even though my oral hygiene was worse now) - getting around a finger of belly fat was the best thing ever for my health, apparently your immune system is strongly depended on the fat reserves you have and a very low body fat percentage is pretty unhealthy(too much fat is also unhealthy but for other reasons).

bodyfat won't help you much in a famine, your brain isn't able to sustain itself off fat, it requires glycogen and the primary storage for it is muscle.

you're better off being swole than fat, all the fat people that think they're better off will be laying on the floor brain dead before any of their fat reserves run out.

Fat converts to ketones and the brain runs fine of those. It's more stable than glucose so you can stay focused for longer periods of time.

The evolutionary purpose of fat is literally famine. We burn about 1lb of fat a day if not consuming foods, so 30 lbs would give you 30 days that you could use to find shelter, and find a food source, in the event of a long term power outage, flooding, or other natural disaster.
 
12-15% is the sweet spot. Anything under that is for gym freaks and unsustainable

since i was 13 i spent so many hours reading studies papers health forums watching videos documentaries etc. about keto carnivore vegan and all these mainstream diets

and in the end it only worsened my health

i finally realized that all these people obsessed with food quality and diets have mental disorders

all diets are bullshit

the cavity part made me remember how i didnt have ANY cavity or teeth problem during 14 years despite eating sugar all the time and when i switched to keto carnivore with only one fruit a day i developed 6 fucking cavities

i also developed nafld despite barely consuming carbohydrates
