I was very skinny, had a very low percentage of body fat and even though I ate healthy, took supplements, exercised, etc. I always got all sorts of minor, annoying health problems - frequent colds, allergies, digestive problems, stomach aches, migraines, teeth cavities(even though I didn't eat sugar, sweets, I cleaned my teeth, etc.).
