Having a horrible morning

Usually despite looking like shit and having shit health, I am quite optimistic. Not today. Ffs can't I just die of a heart attack in my sleep? Tired of this vicious cycle.

I've just been coping thru life, not really living. The only upside is that I've been a huge asshole to others, never had a smile on my face, and whenever I could, I always caused harm to others and got off it. Whether it was verbal or physical I didn't discriminate.
