before 2 months my long term gf (16yr-18yr) broke up with me, i experienced my first panic attack when i woke up, couldnt breath, shit was horrible (it was actually my intuition telling me that smth was wrong, and it was), now idk tho, maybe its from that trauma, shit was so bad that I even had hallucinations at 4 am when she actually broke up. So i think it comes from there, i have casually 2-3 in month
