Having all fixable flaws

I have alot of flaws , but all of them are fixable with not that risky operations , i have sfs i have big nose i have eyebags genetic eyebags , i have Gynecomastia , but on the other hand i have good Mediterranean pheno with good height 6’1 , is this good or bad , is it over , do i have a chance in life

Cant really tell without a pic you can tell if you're a sub5,normie or a Chad by looking into the mirror

Im a normie , i been rated alot as a ltn some say mtn , they all agree that i have strong base for even cl ,with enough surgeries, but the point is is it even worth it , by the time i money max to get all of those shits ill be around 30 35 ish if im lucky. Is it worth trying by then , will i enjoy life that much , idk man
