I was born with my bone age being 2.5 years ahead of my actual age. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this until I was about 10 or 11 years old, when it was already too late. Because of my bone age, I was always taller, had a deeper voice than everyone else, and started growing a beard and mustache in the 5th grade since I hit puberty way earlier. Naturally, I flexed all of these things obnoxiously, thinking it would last forever, until everyone else started hitting puberty around the end of 6th grade, and that’s when I realized how over it was. Even though I found out about my bone age around 2 years before that, I neglected it as I didn’t realize it meant that even though I was the same height as people who were told by their doctors that they would be tall when they grew up, my body developed 2.5 years ahead of theirs, so in reality, I was short and barely average at the very most. After I realized I was the equivalent of being 5’5 at 15 when I was 12, I started searching for ways to become taller and to save myself before it was too late. Which led me down a rabbit hole that eventually led me to this forum and led to me making my account this month.
