Having cheek hollowing as a fat fuck feels surreal

Cant even rly see my bones clearly and i have a bunch of face fat still in my cheeks but i still walk around with ogee curve and some cheek hollowing in most lighting

Feels weird cuz my zygos arent even that big when i feel with my hands
