Can spam lateral raises while watching youtube
can do bicep curls while watching youtube
hammer curls when ever getting that fore arm

back whenever with db rows

i Progres overload on dumbell work spamming 20 pound laterals now I started at 8 pound dumbells

If this was a hack every bodybuilder would do this but it’s not a hack lol. Just do your sets at the gym like a normal person
