Having increaed appetite

I am almost 17, working maybe 8.38 hours a day for 4 days pers Week with one day School. I am doing like 20000-30000 steps.

I have very strong appetite sometimes, like even on midday, I often get very big appetite.

I don’t know is it bad and often I can’t eat in great caloric deficits.

Y‘all Opinion and if I should try to cut more or wait till I am older??

And what are y‘all experiences and knoweldge with such an big appetite
 
You should eat just enough for a very slight and almost unnoticeable feeling of hunger to accompany you throughout the entire day. When you begin noticing it (such as stomach pain), you should eat enough to feel full, but not to the point of lethargy or sleepiness. That's the only correct answer

caffeine on empty stomach helps to suppress my hunger. Eat carbs every meal itll keep you full
