i’ve always struggled with insomnia when I was a young kid, often times than not staying up to 4, 5, 6, or even 7 am due to not being able to go to sleep. This trend of consistently staying up late caused me to develop bad eyebags and people at school to constantly asked “how many hours of sleep did u get bro” or even worse I fell asleep in class.
Another reason why I believe Insomnia has ruined my life is it lowered my testosterone levels significantly due to the lack of sleep and recovery my body needed. I used to get morning wood and actually have a deep voice at 14 where bitches were mirin
but now my voice gotten higher pitched and my health has deteriorated.
Now, at 18 yrs of age, I’ve still struggle with Insomnia which doesn’t help me at all since Sleep is top 5 looksmaxxes someone can prioritize. As I’m typing this, im heavily sleep deprived and from my calculations have gotten 6-8 hours of sleep in the past week. My body is strange now, even though im tired and sleep deprived, I will go to sleep, wake up 1-2 hrs later then be fine until 3 am and thats when I start to feel tired again.
Someone please give me advice on how to break this cycle.
