it is selfish not to ignore ur human instincts because not ignoring them will lead to innocent souls being brough into this world to suffer, civilization is literally ignoring instincts, if people didnt ignore their instincts there would be rape and murder everywhere, look at some third world shithole where people arent ignoring their instincts and u will see where thinking with instincts leads us to, we were not supposed to gain conciousness, instincs and conciousness does not go together because its illogical to have to ignore instincts, thats why humanity is a joke and we just gotta push through it and prevent suffering of new innocent souls

instincts are still our purest form tho.

Even then, with consciousness. You can't deny that sometimes you ARE happy, yes a lot of us are sad sometimes but life's worth living even with all our quirks. It's selfish to not gift your kids that opportunity of existence.

Life's weird, ppl are weird, we shouldn't exist but fuck that, be happy you do and be happy you have the opportunity to have kids and let them experience the world for themselves.

You can argue by nihilistic backgrounds that there exists no such thing as meaning or purpose but u also can't deny how it feels to have something to live for, to die for.

feelings are real, instincts are real and getting lost in existentialist and nihilistic life views is meaningless in itself because you gain nothing from that except despair
