as someone who deals with both, this dumbass fucking lower back pain has made me feel like roping more than my face has ever. like im actually a fucking subhuman entity. im 18 and i feel like im in the body of a motherfucking 60 year old sometimes. and on top of that i have shitty health indicators which make me look like an oldfag despite my youthful bone structure fuck my shitty ass anterior pelvic tilt none of the exercises ive done to correct it has worked i think its just the way my body developed

even if i ascended my face it would still be over for the rest of my body

I’ve avoided squats my whole life just so I don’t fuck up my back. Once your back is fucked, there’s no unfucking it. All you can do is manage the pain.
Yeah, I don't get these retards.. Every normie workout routine is all about squat & deadlifts ffs, I don't do neither (these parts on machines probably 75% of the results but 99% less chance of injury). They lift these heavy ass weight on their back, slight mistake can fuck up your life

Try pilates to strengthen your core (deep) muscles, I had a friend who suffered from all kinds of back pain and it helped him immensely.

For anyone interested that guy who trained pilates for back pain didn't do it with a YouTube tutorial, he did go to some classes, and surprise surprise there was like 12 girls and him, good place to meet someone tbh, later a buff dude came in and couldn't do shit, these exercises are hard too a non stretched gymmaxed dudes
