as someone who deals with both, this dumbass fucking lower back pain has made me feel like roping more than my face has ever. like im actually a fucking subhuman entity. im 18 and i feel like im in the body of a motherfucking 60 year old sometimes. and on top of that i have shitty health indicators which make me look like an oldfag despite my youthful bone structure fuck my shitty ass anterior pelvic tilt none of the exercises ive done to correct it has worked i think its just the way my body developed

Yeah, I don't get these retards.. Every normie workout routine is all about squat & deadlifts ffs, I don't do neither (these parts on machines probably 75% of the results but 99% less chance of injury). They lift these heavy ass weight on their back, slight mistake can fuck up your lifeIβve avoided squats my whole life just so I donβt fuck up my back. Once your back is fucked, thereβs no unfucking it. All you can do is manage the pain.
