What of all things would compel you to think it's masculine to have pearly Whites?
That it is somehow a man-ascribed thing to have perfect, straight, white teeth?
It's FEMININE AS FUCK to have all your fucking teeth.
Whenever I look at the mouth's of women I always see all of their teeth, pristine & perfect.
Women tend to upkeep their dental health & teeth, but it's not a MASCULINE thing to do.
In fact, EVERY single masculine, blue collar, ogre or hardass type dude I've ever come across or seen IRL always has fucked up teeth/was missing teeth.
Either missing teeth/tooth loss (masculine trait) or fucked up abcess or rotting teeth.
It's girly to have pretty and perfect smiles with no issues.
There's a reason why the image of a masculine man isn't shown to be pristine & complete -- it's FEMININE.
Mascniggas always missing fucking teeth or have major dental issues.
This means it's inherently UNmasculine to upkeep & care too much about dental health.
Real men worry more about other things before their looks.
Throughout time men worrying about their appearance have always been considered feminine losers.
Real men are akin to warriors focusing on winning & ignoring pristine completeness in health.
Come to think of it, if you haven't reached in to your mouth to literally pull out random teeth for the hell of it, I doubt you even count as 50% of a man, let alone 100.
Men rot & stew in the pursuit of victory, ignoring health.

Women are the ones conditioned to be pretty & not have to work as hard typically.
You as a man should not be expected to be considered such if you focus on having perfect teeth or a super pretty smile or any other "pretti-fication" of yourself or your features, putting such before the bold & careless pursuit of man before considering such things.
