Having scars from self harm is the biggest turn off possible

There is really nothing redeemable about how it is perceived, or whatever reason was the cause. It is purely an expression of narcissism, it doesn’t matter how much someone has suffered unless every action has been taken to hide it it’s completely disgusting.
