Not really. Studies mostly show reduced cognitive empathy with higher levels of testosterone, which is quite diffrent from sympathy. Its also worth noting that these findings are usually modest at best, and that ubringing and enviornment plays a much bigger role in determening such cognitive traits than testosterone does. Obviously genes affect your sympathetic abilities too, but thats quite obvious
