I low-key don’t believe in personal responsibility anymore

Because people do shit only because of their neurochemistry, lived experiences, etc

How can we be moral agents if none of our choices are caused by ourselves

Chad’s parents have a genetic predisposition to violence -> Chad’s parents meet because they happen to be born in the same town because manufacturing jobs made the town prosperous because ww2 happened because …-> Chad is born -> 18 years later he beats you up


It was never a choice it’s just where the flame sits on the wick it’s pure fate
