i dont think the problem in swedish child education is that violence is forbidden, its more that basically anything is forbidden, if u try hard enough as a kid u can easily get taken away by social services even if they never beat you, i wasnt beaten as a kid (only a few times) and i dont think getting beaten more would've contributed to anything
