why do i keep getting called "retarded" besides feeling like im a complete normie outside?

online and irl, my dad, mom, brother, sister, male friends, female friends and teachers have all called me retarded at some point.
i never know how to react afterwards and just ignore it, but some of these people are trying to make me seem inferior and exploit me.

it's like im a subhuman bluepiller trying to figure out why dating doesn't work for me; i don't see what's wrong.

i'm so lost and angry, i can't identify the problem.
