Sorry for everyone being mean in the replies this forum is so terrible lmao. 500-700 IUs of hcg sounds like a lot depending on how many times a week you're taking that dose. My upcoming cycle I'm taking 200IU hcg x3 weekly so 600IUs a week. The general weekly range for HCG is 500-1000IUs. Not sure why these morons think that having kids or maintaining natural test production isn't important, they might be trolling tbh. The thing thats most concerning is the AIs. Estrogen is really important for skin, join and brain health, as in you will get osteoperosis if you don't have enough. The goal is to hopefully not have to use any AIs. I would reccomend starting the cycle then taking an AI depending on the the results of you week 6 bloodwork. Do not just take them without seeing your bloodwork. You only need 20mg of nolvadex daily for 6 weeks, 2 weeks after your last does of testosterone. tbh I think you need to do more research before starting your cycle.

nah i did shit ton of research. my first goal was to just take an hgh cycle but after i got my blood reports back i have high glucose in my blood and taking 8ius of hgh would give me diabetes so i def dont want that. then i optimized my cycle to 12 weeks consisting of test-e igf1-lr3(for 6 weeks during the cycle and for 4 weeks after the cycle) anavar 10-25mg for 6 weeks during cycle and letrozole during and after cycle no matter what because i want to atleast grow 2.5cm during the cycle and with the research i did its def possible but that letrozole is needed no matter what, and second of all i dont wanna become infertile like these dumb fucks on this forum so i wanna run hcg during the cycle but the thing is hcg increases estrogen production in some way and that minimizes the chances of growing 2.5cm but i still dont know, maybe i will run 200-400iu of hcg every week for the first 6 weeks and also going to do igf1-lr3 for the first 6 weeks just to grow in height then after that gonna drop the igf1 and bump the test and add anavar and then the real gains would come in and also up the dosage of hcg for a better pct. what do you think?

If igf-1 was useful it would be the standard for correcting growth deficiencies, but growth hormone is much better because the plates also rely on growth hormone itself to push it's functions out for height. Chondrocytes host GHR's binds GH

GH is better because it directly increases igf-1, and gives you the necessary benefits of GH itself. GH isn't just a "igf-1" hormone it's an active hormone on its own too that plays a big role. Without it you're not growing jfl
