HCTZ alone vs. combined with eplerenone

Can anyone tell me whether they feel as though 25 mg HCTZ alone is sufficient for preventing testosterone bloat or whether eplerenone is needed.
I've used both at the same time but never just HCTZ alone and don't know anecdotal difference.
