i js wanna make sure nothing would affect devoulpment or overall health too much, have a lot of bloating even though i tried maintaining a good electrolyte balance and staying hydrated. going to supplement potassium and spf daily as well. and should i take breaks for example 3 months on and 3 weeks off and repeat. dose 25mg 5 days a week.
