took 12.5 mg of HCTZ today and i',m still bloated. do i take 25mg tomorrow?

i started taking test 20mg per day on monday. tuesday i didnt feel anything so i upped to 50mg. its now friday and im considering doing 100mg per day since there are no results. is this a good choice?
