Up the eplerenone to 100mg, you can also probably safely get away with 60mg hctz weekly (if not even 80mg).

if you are on test its normal to use bp issues, usually i see guys running 80mg of telmisartan, but there is literally no difference between running higher, at 80mg your angiotesin 2 is fully blocked
