You can easily become dehydrated while taking HCTZ, which can lead to severely low blood pressure or a serious electrolyte imbalance

so water is very essential -

Might get severe effects from dehydration since alcohol inhibits vasopressin, basically alcohol is a diuretic too (makes you pee more) and so is HCTZ, so not really a good idea.

And it vasodilates your vessels so lowers your BP, combining this with HCTZ that does the same is risky yet not deadly tho.

HCTZ is actually the best thing I’ve used for debloating—nothing else even comes close


Tried all the usual “debloat” hacks—low salt, lemon water, Pottasiummaxxing, cardio, you name it. Felt like cope honestly. Never made a real difference.


Then I started taking HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide), 50mg once a week—and man, it actually works.


Literally next day I look way less puffy. Face, ankles, abs, all leaner. No extreme dehydration or anything, just one pill a week.


Way better than Lasix and actually will not rape your kidney you may have some gas in kidney but thay usual goes away And I’m not popping it every day—once a week is plenty. Doesn’t mess with my training or energy either.


Just a heads up if you try it: watch your electrolytes (esp. potassium), don’t be dumb with it. It’s technically a BP med.

And i practically eat everything.im on bulk and it helps me alot.


But yeah, if you’ve been bloated no matter what—this stuff might actually do what all the wellness influencers promise.
