both r rlly bad to pair with hgh jfl, im on 14ius too and wish i could fucking run them but they impair the effects of gh and also lead to a whole host of problems when on hgh

the main solution for bloat is telmisartan which im copping soon in hopes it fixes this god darn bloat

I wasn’t informed about that. Could you explain why it’s not pairable

firstly itsthe severe hypovolemia meaning they reduce intravascular volume and when blood volume is chronically depleted by thsoe types of diuretics, the delivery of igf1 is impaired a lot

mostly though, hctz is a thiazide diuretic which flushes sodium and water out of ur kidney and by stripping the sodium and water out of ur system, it dehydrates ur cells and growth plates. ur erasing the intraceullular pressure and like the osmotic environment that hgh uses to signal the appositiona bone matrix deposition and the cartilage expansion

because cell swelling is a growth signal that acts a direct mechaincal trigger to upregulate igf1 sensitivity and osteoblast actrivity so ur kinda fucking everything the gh is working to do

and then theeres the electrolyte depletion which fucks bone mineralization and etc etc

ep is the worst for sure but hctz is by no means a good idea

telmisartan is the only good choice for on gh and it conveniently will also help with ur bloods, ill be copping some soon cause im a bloatcel atm

yeah it is but tbh lets say ep is a 10/10 and completely reverts the bloat
+ even more debloated than baseline, then telmisartan is like a 6/10.

Thing is itll still mean ur getting rid of most the gh bloat while also not ruining the gh ur pinning and also helps bloods. i wish there was something that just could debloat entirely while also being chill to take on gh but unfortunately there isnt, trust me ive researched :feelsbadman: unfortunately the 2 mechanisms work against each other
