Instead of having sharp corners my upper lip looks full literally everywhere.

I did. Mse gave me a solid base. I had a boneless face before but now I have prominent wide zygos to the point where my temples look severely narrow in comparison. (Frauding with hair) My selfies from below just has these massively wide zygos flaring out. My mandible is narrow so I haven’t fully unlocked the mogging potential. I suspect the skin stretch from IMDO and genio would take the zygo prominence and hollow cheeks to new heights.

MSE slow expansion engaging with lots of chewing and proper oral posture is the way to go.

As the TMJ is stretched the body will adapt, and the mandible will widen, although if you fast expand and dont give the body the tools for adequate bone remodeling/stresss this wont occur.

Oh yeah I get what you mean but from these improvements it sounds like it was 100% worth it, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives in your case since you gained bones and improved your cranium for the cost of lip shape which can be corrected afterwards (same if the alar base widens)

How much did you expand in total and how much would you estimate your bizygomatic width to have increased by? Some people don't seem to have any noticeable increase in facial width. If you have extra lip tissue get it fixed, if it's an occlusion thing, you're getting invaslign+IMDO so you should be good.
