Can you guys help me with Head-Gear i've been using braces before and i Feel like it recessed my maxilla a bit and that i had much more forward growth. I just had the braces none of those elastic things. My question is, is it worth it getting headgear, so it will pull my maxilla more forward? Can this also maybe work for lower third and how worth it is it at 19.

this shit is not working at 19, you could wear it 18 hours a day for half a year and maybe youll get a millimeter but itll go right back when you stop, and no braces dont recess you unless extractions and for lower third its called a herbst appliance, they wont give it to you unless you have a class ii
