Alright boyobuddies, this has been mentioned in various places, but not seriously enough considering its massive importance. Everyone makes fun of certain individuals for their large foreheads, gay alien heads, insufficient lower thirds, etc. But all these issues are closely connected to overall head shape, specifically neurocranium:splanchnocranium ratio.
The neurocranium includes the forehead, occiput, and cranial vault. Splanchnocranium includes midface, zygos, and jaw, which many on here are obsessed with making as big as possible (for good reason).
Example:
You can draw silhouettes of the head shapes and, from that alone, immediately see which one gets taken seriously. Never mind the detailed facial features, just the overall shape is enough. Dude on the left has a neurocranium that's over twice as large as his splanchnocranium, while Cain Velazquez on the right has a better ratio.
This is arguably more important than individual features like eye hooding and jaw definition. It has a huge effect on people's immediate impression, because it's obvious from every angle, even from very far away. In extreme cases, people will immediately decide, based on neurocranium:splanchnocranium ratio, how assertive you are allowed to act without seeming out of character.
Gay alien skull, lightbulb head, and many other deformities stem from neuro:splanchno ratio. You can get your rhinoplasties and hunter eye surgeries and do 100x100 neck training, but good luck making those work if you have a Jimmy Neutron skull.

The splanchnocranium develops during puberty, so a dominant neurocranium signals underdevelopment including lower strength and test levels. Now, this may not actually be true (there are plenty of elite athletes, for example, that have dominant neurocraniums) but it's what your appearance signals, so people will assume it unless you either A) make your ratio look better, or B) develop compensating signs of robustness.
What to do about it
As long as you're not SUPER neuro dominant there are ways to completely remove this issue. Note how in the above example, Cain Velazquez isn't excessively splanchno dominant. Generally, a more balanced appearance is optimal. (excessive splanchno dominance is not good either, but is rare except in some Middle Eastern phenotypes) It's far from over if you're only a little neuro dominant.
These are what I could think of. Feel free to add to the list.
1. Hairstyle. The worst cut a neurocraniumcel can get is combing it back with high volume on top which will turn you into a walking cuck beacon. But if you're only slightly neuro dominant, then the right haircut can remove this issue entirely. I've literally gotten many times more respect from both dudes and foids by combing my hair differently.
2. Beard. This goes without saying, you can use it to fraud large splanchno.
3. Sheer size. I remember this dude from my workplace who has 7" zygos and a 23" bideltoid, and was getting approached left and right by prime foids. At that point nobody cares about his large forehead or 0.57 lower-to-full-face ratio because he mogs everyone in sight.
4. Surgeries. Hairline lowering is the simplest but produces the least dramatic changes. Jaw fillers and genio with vertical lengthening are more drastic options.
Related factors
There are certain failos that can make your neuro:splanchno ratio appear off even if it's fine (or make a slight imbalance much worse).
1. A high hairline can cause the appearance of a dominant neurocranium. This can be fixed surgically, with hairstyle, or with anti-norwood methods, depending on why you have it.
2. Low set ears. These can failo you, giving the illusion of imbalance even if you're normal. I'm not sure if there's a surgery/looksmax for this, does anyone know?
