I’m convinced at this point I’m borderline microcephalic or have it. I genuinely just need someone to tell me the truth, if you think I’m borderline or not. would you stare in public and wonder if I was? People look at me I often believe it’s because of this. Just be real idc if I’m ugly, I just dont think I’m normal at all especially those close up selfies my head to shoulder ratio makes me look deformed, my head is way too small. 54.5cm with a shaved head. My head should roughly be 5-8 %percent bigger which is a lot. I’m sick of the cope I just need no bullshit please be real with me if you saw me irl would you think it’s a condition or stare because it’s off or would you just think it’s too small and within normal human variation?. I see plenty of people with small and big heads and I can tell it’s just normal variation for them. But for me I really feel it’s not It’s killing me? Some of these photos highlight what I’m talking about and some don’t I really do feel when people look at me meet me or even see me on the street they are thinking what is wrong with my head or something is wrong with me physically because of it. But seriously some photos look really really deformed. People have said my head is small, no one’s out and told me I was deformed even when asking but still I think that’s them being polite.

It’s hard to shake the feeling. I am gonna surgery max and fill out my face with proper implants ccw which will make me look more healthy. Yea I get I’m Ltn probably will likely never look good but I just wanna be normal and look abit more healthy. I hope your being honest thanks man.

think the fuller sides not over grown but fuller sides and back fit you better but if you want the come over and a low fade would do nicely too

definetly on the taller/narrower side, you look fine tho, with the front camera up close the distortion is gonna picklemaxx ur skull which is normal for many people

You have a very long midface, low fwhr, combined with low bigonial width and low mouth/nose ratio. All of this together makes your face look extremely unharmonious.
That being said, i wouldn’t perceive you as abnormal looking or stare at you at first glance.
I believe the root cause is lacking maxillary superior growth and narrow palate, and not microcephaly.
Make sure to consult an orthodontist about this, as you probably are candidate for both maxillary expanders and le fort i
