Head tilting to one side. Could this method work?

This looks like cope, but I think I will try it for some time.

My left shoulder is higher than my right one. And my head naturally tilts to the left side. My chin is also lower on the left side.

I think it's because of scolliosis and asymmtric neck insertions and obviously this method won't fix that.

Sleeping on one side of the face does actually cause that side to become a few mm more recessed

My neck muscles are so big that they could be one of the reasons why my head is tilted. I have a cheap head harness and it doesn't center correctly so I could have accidentally given myself neck muscle asymmetries.
