headache after bonesmashing zygos

do you experience the same? it's like tension type headache that comes and goes after my bonesmash sessions. I had it too when I was doing sparring and martial arts a few years ago. So my brain is probably already damaged, how can I prevent further damage? Don't want to stop bonesmashing, I need those zygos

probably because ur head moves while u hit urself but im no expert, try to stabilize ur head somehow
