Headache from bonesmashing

I sometimes get headaches after bonesmashing and it definitely feels dangerous. Especially happens after a hammer rather than after some objects that are more pointy.

Advice? Thoughts?

I like the swelling tho it’s like 2-3 extra mm really helps

If you only have a headache, then it's likely that you're not trying hard enough. You need to hit until you start forgetting what you ate for breakfast and forget how to count
