I recently pinned 2.5 iu morning and 1.5 iu night, i had a massive pressure headache the whole day and it was unbearable. In stead of pinning in the morning can I instantly skip to 4 iu nighttime? I’m wondering if it’s possible without worsening the situation.

Blood glucose problem so hopefully switching to nighttime is better.

Why do you split the doses?

It's easier to use HGH at night since HGH suppresses insulin levels. If you ate a high glucose food [or any food in general, but morning meals are high glucose] you wouldnt be able to produce sufficient insulin to stop the spike. This would cause a temporary hyperglycemia for the half life of the GH.

To avoid this you need to be fasted [not taking the food] which is easiest done at night, where you're already fasting.

Additionally, it would help against the nuanced scenario you have currently.

Thanks brah ig I just fell for some biased info abt splitting. I did 2+2 yesterday ( tonight basically) could I js skip morning pin and jump to 4 iu nightly?
