Headaches with creatine

I’ve been taking creatine for maybe 5 days now I’ve had a pretty constant light headache since I started taking it, how do I stop that?

Yes but now it I have been taking it for a little longer and headache stays consistent ish

Man the joined in 2025 greycel are wild. I dont believe a second even with 30g of creatine a day that ur having headache. Just drink some more water it will pass

U have a weak body, theres no remedy for that.
