what i need to improve on and how? (ignore my hair and face off the wake up)

i’m 6’1 175 now since thursday i’ve been taking two scoops of creatine daily increasing water intake and two protein shakes a day while weight lifting hard twice a day and other stuff. i’m going to a football camp in february and need to get to 190 and build more muscle mass. But i wanna do it to where i can still have an attractive body while putting on muscle any ideas? what i can fix visibly right now and what things i can do? i’ve started wide scapular retractions and more shoulder workouts

keep training shoulders and chest, actually put effort into your forearms, and lean bulk 2-300 surplus with atleast 1.2-1.4g of protein per kg
