heading to the market in a bit, getting the essentials like eggs and whole milk, both pasteurized dogshit but atleast the eggs will be cage free and the milk as much nutrients and fat that you can get store bought.. lmk on other shit I should be getting while there

If I thought it was poison I would’ve used the word poison.. I only say it’s dogshit because it’s a stupid process that means 30-50% less nutrients for me because they don’t wanna fucking raise their animals right JFL, can you reccomend anything else to get at the market or no?
