What is the reason that people often have a more masculine face after a lean bulk? This guy has a lower body fat percentage after his roid cycle, and yet a bigger and more dominant head.

His progress is exactly what I need. My head looks kinda oversized on my height / frame so I need bigger arms to balance it. Now I already look much more proportionate than one year ago when I skeletonmaxxed.
