i got shoulder surgery 4 1/2 weeks ago (labrum reconstruction) and my pt said full shoulder rom wasnt expected till 10 weeks post op. yesterday i achieved 10 degrees off full rom, which he said was stupid and crazy. if you dont heal fast just rope its over
