does accutane work in the same way as tretinoin and heal scars or should i use tret for scars?

use tret for increased cell turnover which will lead to faster healing and better looking skin overall

Accutane will just stop sebum production and dry your skin out, leading to less new acne but the existing scars will be left to heal by themselves

Anyone may correct me if I’m wrong
