Your chances of being obese is determined by genetics. I know people irl who eat goyslop all day and are still skinny, vascular and angular as fuck. I’ve been exersicing for 5 years and whilst I have lost weight and become somewhat more angular i’m still fat and have a lot of bodyfat. I only exersice to cope at this point.

Your body doesn't evade the laws of thermodynamics. It's literally just physics. The genetic variance in peoples metabolism is something like 10%. I'm sorry but you having to eat 200 less calories a day than others at the absolute worst rarest case is not what's causing you to be unable to lose the weight. The difference between you and those people you see who are eating goyslop is portion control and activity. They simply do more physical activities (however light they may be) throughout the day, and they eat smaller portions. You are spewing fat black woman on Twitter cope right now. Your body consumes energy a shit ton of it. Think about how much gas a car consumes. You are not some kind of rare superhero that is able to get energy from nothing. It's not how body thermodynamics work. It's time to up your effort

imo genetics play a big role but environment and lifestyle choices matter too. i know plenty of people with great genes who still ended up overweight or unhealthy due to bad habits. can't fully blame it on genetics alone imo

Yeah some people have super breedable hips which pulls the skin away from the abs, and some people have shit tier facial fat distribution. This is like bottom 1% of people though.

Smaller portions/leaner diet and more activity. Ideally if you really want to lose weight methodically you should be conservatively estimating your daily expenditure and liberally estimating your daily intake.
