fr free healthcare is actually worse imo because you get suboptimal care, in america most of your bills are covered by insurance anyway. Also i probably could of got a palate expander instead of teeth extractions if both cost money instead of the suboptimal treatment being free whilst palate expanders cost 10 grand plus you cant cover it with insurance like in america.
