got Health check-up tomorrow BUT i put like i have been feeling low for sometimes on a paper that they ask questions. Kinda regret it since she might say something about it. and im worried that she might tell my parents about it, but i think they knew i have been feeling low few years ago since one of my teacher lowk snitched to the school therapist when i opened up to her (NEVER do that shit) .
