you guys still dont get it, all you have to be is healthy which 0% of people here have. your all or nothing mentality has led you to regress into a ill looking freak

ive thought the same until I met my master sergeant who has more youth than most 20 year olds (he's 53) and doesnt look a day older than 36 bouncing his grandchildren on his knees

being lean is healthy fam, like max 10-15%.I'd argue 12% is a sweet spot so no point in crying over "starving oneself".500cals a day is retarded
