Does anyone know any basic things I can do everyday to maximize health indicators

ALso does alot of screen time usage affect this?

Get tanned if you look pale and lifeless
Work out for extra physique
Grow hair to show that you can
Start doing more physical activities
Skincare for looking more vibrant
Enhance coloring and contrast

What should I use to enhance colouring?
I've been using eyebrow marker to make my eyebrows look darker and thicker along with tinted Vaseline for more lip color.

change hair color as well if it doesn't suit you and makes you look flat and boring, contact lenses if you want to change eye color

can castor oil help with that?

Yes. Also for hair you need to add volume and texture if it's flat by using products. Do your own research on it because everyones different
