Nah. apart from deformities, in studies, health did not correlate to beauty at all

sometimes yes sometimes no. For example beta carotine is associated with lung cancer but will make your skin definitively more attractive. Look at loox. Mans bloodwork is probably literal shit & he's cut years off his life but he looks much better now.
