Partially. Looks = genetics (80%) + health (20%). Most models are pretty unhealthy, do hard drugs, are under extreme caloric restriction, yet they still look good, that's because they have good genetics, most of them do cannot possibly be referred to as "health individuals".

If you're the owner of a CL+ skull you don't really need to worry about what you're putting in your body as long as it isn't making you fat
