Bro I started walking in circle ON ONE FOOT. I also did hard mewing and chintucks as I was hopping away in a circle. Everyone thought I was retarded but I lost 1kg in 3 weeks doing this technique. I highly recomend it.

Ik you’re joking. That would burn calories alright but the point of normal waking is it’s easy to do and you can still focus on scrolling
