bad eye area + low facial contrast maybe? not to mention weird chin shape and thin upper lip + tall upper third + his jaw seems somewhat too wide compared to his cheekbone width, making him look like he's gotten poorly done filler, which is only amplified by his pointy-ass chin.

those might be contributing to his overall reptilian appearance. idk though.

Yh it’s been confusing he’s doing everything for health and granted he’s not doing it for looks but still looks are based on health indicators so surely he should look decent

Definitely his skin aswell lacks the wrinkles of a man his age and is far to pale but the overarching sag has set in which make him look slightly baggy and scaly
