Healthiest way to lose weight?

I’m down for anything such as medication, diets, workouts, and whatever you recommend. I am currently 6’3 275lbs, and I need to lose weight real bad, I’ll basically let you control my life for a few weeks

just party and drink the night out and eat protein like crazy thats what i do for hallow cheeks brah

well the healthiest and most long-term way is portion control, reduce the amount of food you eat per meal to be in a calorie defecit. but the easiest and quickest way is intermittent fasting

Fasting
Vigorous cardio (swimming, punching bag, treadmill/ outdoor running)
Get good sleep
 
500 calorite defecit and no man made food. Meat fruit eggs vegtable should be the core of ur diet. And do strngth training hit every muscle group twice a week. HIIT cardio some days.
